5 Second Rule is a dynamic party game designed to enliven any group gathering. The objective is straightforward: participants must promptly name three items within various categories in five seconds or less.

Here's an overview of the gameplay:

<ol>
 <li>One player commences the game by choosing a category.</li>
 <li>Subsequently, they have five seconds to list three items within that specific category.</li>
 <li>If successful, the player earns a point. Failure to name three items within the time limit results in a deduction of a point.</li>
 <li>The gameplay carries on until a player achieves a predetermined score.</li>
</ol>

The game features four distinct categories:

<ul>
 <li>Classic: Encompassing common subjects like animals, foods, and household objects.</li>
 <li>Party: Focused on entertaining and party-related themes.</li>
 <li>Dirty: Involving risqué and mature topics, hence not suitable for all audiences.</li>
 <li>Extreme: Incorporating intense, mature, or challenging subjects.</li>
</ul>

5 Second Rule serves as an excellent icebreaker at social gatherings or as an enjoyable pastime during extended car journeys.
